Mike joined JLS in September 2009 as a part of our sales team. Before coming to JLS he was Director of the Northeastern Fund at Northeastern University, where he was responsible for developing and coordinating appeal strategies that utilized direct mail, phone, online giving and personal solicitations, to increase participation and revenue. While at Northeastern he established a program that exceeded prior participation and produced double digit growth in online giving.

Mike was also VP, Sales and Marketing at Yellowfin Direct Marketing for five years. While at Yellowfin he worked directly with both Vice Presidents of Development and Annual Giving Directors to develop budgets and strategies for increasing participation and revenue. He helped develop successful direct mail and online giving programs for many schools such as Ohio University, Florida State University, Southern Methodist University and helped increase participation of young alumni by over 200% for the University of Texas.

He has a solid track record of exceeding both revenue and participation goals and his deep knowledge of both the non-profit and commercial sectors and his integrated campaign experience, particularly in the higher education arena, make him a valuable addition to our sales force and a great client resource.
